Build Your Oracle.

In the Matrix, the Oracle already knew everything before Neo walked in. Today you build that — one document that means every AI you open already knows you, your market, and exactly how you work.

Day 1 Day 2 🔒Day 3 🔒Day 4

Day 2 · Build Your Oracle

Every AI session starts the same way — with it knowing nothing about you.

Every new conversation starts at zero. No context. No history. No voice. You spend the first ten minutes explaining who you are, what market you work in, how you communicate, what you're trying to accomplish — before you can even ask the actual question.

That's not a tool problem. That's a setup problem.

You know The Matrix? When Neo walked into the Oracle's kitchen, she already knew him. She didn't need him to introduce himself or explain his situation. She knew his strengths, his fears, what he was there for.

That's what you're building today.

Build it once. Every AI tool you open already knows you from that moment on.

Your Oracle is a context document you paste at the top of any AI conversation before you start. It contains everything a tool needs to know about you to give you useful output immediately — no setup, no re-explaining, no 10-minute warmup.

Here's what goes in it:

Who you are

Your name, your market, how long you've been in real estate, your business model, your clients.

How you communicate

Your actual tone. The words you use. How you write to clients vs. sellers vs. investors. What you never do.

What you're working on right now

Your current goals, the deals you're chasing, what's in your pipeline this month.

How you want AI to work with you

Your preferences. What you want more of and less of. How you like information presented.

And here's the part most people miss: your Oracle isn't built from what you think about yourself. It's built from what your data actually reveals. Your sent emails show how you really write. That's what makes it accurate — and powerful.

Your Day 2 Assignment

Build your Oracle in one session — 15 minutes.

Go to your sent folder. Find 3 emails you wrote to clients or sellers in the last 30 days. Copy them. Then open Claude or ChatGPT and paste this prompt:

Copy this prompt — then paste your 3 emails below it

I'm going to give you materials to build my complete Oracle document — a context file I paste at the top of any AI conversation so it immediately knows who it's working with.

Build it with these five sections:

1. WHO I AM — Name, location, years in real estate, business model, markets I serve, and who my best clients are. (Leave placeholder — I'll fill in my specifics.)

2. HOW I WIN — What makes me different from other agents, how I typically earn trust with a new client, and what I do better than most. (Leave placeholder — I'll fill in.)

3. HOW I COMMUNICATE — I'm going to paste 3 emails I've sent to clients or sellers. Analyze them and extract: my actual tone, the words and phrases I use most, how I open and close messages, and what I never do. Build this from the emails — not from what I say about myself.

4. WHAT I'M WORKING ON RIGHT NOW — Leave placeholder sections for: current listings, active buyers, deals in progress, primary goal this month.

5. HOW I WANT AI TO WORK WITH ME — Based on my communication style, write a short instruction set: what I want more of, what I want less of, specific words or phrases to never use, and how I want information presented.

Keep the full document under 900 words. Write it so I can copy the entire thing and paste it at the top of any AI conversation and the tool immediately knows who it's working with. Here are my 3 emails:

Test it immediately. This is how you know it's working.

1

Open Claude

Start a new conversation.

2

Paste your Oracle at the top

The entire document. First thing, before anything else.

3

Ask it something you'd normally have to set up

Try: "Draft a follow-up email to a seller who went cold 3 weeks ago." Notice how it writes in your voice without you explaining anything first.

Save your Oracle somewhere you can access fast — Notes app, Google Drive, pinned conversation. You'll be pasting it constantly. On Day 3 we load it into Manus.

Day 3 is where it shifts.

You have your stack. You have your Oracle. Tomorrow you stop prompting and start deploying. Check your email at 7am.
